Primarily, areas of concern will be identified through the surveys and investigations mentioned in the “Additional Background” section.   These may include: areas of degraded wetland, areas of concentrated invasive species infestation, areas with endangered plant species, wetland mitigation areas, areas of riparian zone that may benefit from protection.
