EDUCATION AND OUTREACH

Developing the Huron Creek Watershed Management Plan

The majority of community education and outreach related to this section will be achieved through “Education Stations” that are suggested for installment along the creek and/or in wetland areas.   These stations and their uses are further described in the Cultural & Historic Preservation Section of the WMP.

Wetland monitoring events are also potential uses for community outreach and education.   School groups could be included to observe and contribute to monitoring activities.
