Summary: (by Tordenfilm AS via www.imdbd.com)

"Forty-year-old Andreas arrives in a strange
city with no memory of how he got there.
He is presented with a job, an apartment...But
before long, Andreas notices that something is
wrong. Andreas makes an attempt to escape the city,
but he discovers there's no way out. Andreas meets
Hugo, who has found a crack in a wall in his cellar.
Beautiful music streams out from the crack. Maybe
it leads to "the other side"? A new plan for escape is
  hatched."

My Comments:

A surreal film with some occasional (perhaps two?)
gruesome events.  Apparently based on a radio
show...(I wonder how what a surreal radio
show will be like). Some reviewers appropriately
called it "dystopian".  A mix of Gilliam's "Brazil",
David Lynch's "Twin Peaks" and Vonnegut's
"Harrison Bergeron" in a Kafkaesque world.

Direction, cinematography and acting are very good.
...just be ready for a strange movie.  Good use of
  Edvard Grieg music.
