Kaira Stricklin

Hello, I am Kaira Stricklin, a senior undergraduate student studying Computer Science at Michigan Technological University. I am currently an REU student under Dr. Soner Onder. I also contribute to projects in the Humane Interface and Design Enterprise. Presently, I am working on an application that uses advanced image processing to detect activity in confusing visual backgrounds. Additionally, as an elected board member of the Women in Computing Sciences club, I am committed to building community, promoting outreach, and encouraging participation in the field of Computer Science.
