Problems posted here are open research-level problems.

These problems are also published in a volume of the bulletin and are not standard exercises.
Posed problems should be prepared in a manner similar to research articles. However, they only need to be sufficiently long enough to present, motivate, and ideally provide historical background concerning the posed problem. In most instances, one to six pages should be sufficient.
Readers are also invited to provide information on these posed problems, including solutions, partial results, and other pertinent items. Indicate the source of the information provided. This information will also be included here.
