Housing

The University maintains residence hall accommodations as well as the Daniell Heights
apartment complex. During the 2000-2001 academic year, the rates for residence hall
accommodations, including a weekly nineteen-meal plan, ranged from $4,917 (each) for double occupancy to $5,907 for single occupancy; other room types are also available. The Daniell Heights apartments offered the following room rental schedule for a family, college seniors, and graduate students: $354 per month for one bedroom, $393 for two bedrooms, and $506 for three bedrooms; new rental rates become effective each August. Off-campus apartments and rooms are available and are generally considered to be inexpensive when compared with the rest of the nation and on-campus housing. Other costs of living are generally low to moderate.
