Subject: lillian gish homepage

Hi there,

I just took a look at the Lillian Gish page of your homepage, and was greatly impressed...

There was one bit of trivia that I wonder if you knew.. I recently saw the Whales of August for the first time.. Towards the end of the movie, there was a close up of Lillian, and there was a picture in the background of a woman and a baby (it was hanging on the wall). Did you know that this was Lillian Gish and her mother? I remember it from one of Lillian's books... Pretty cool huh?
