Use these checkboxes if the data doesn't span enough of the plateau for the model to estimate that asymptote reliably. Note that this will change the analysis so you aren't determining the (relative) IC50. Clicking both checkboxes will calculate the "absolute IC50". Refer to this article for a solid discussion on the difference between relative and absolute IC50.
4. Run
Fits the 4PL and modified Gompertz models and calculates IC50 and MIC.
