The code is to be run as "./Meifang_HW_8 <in >out".

Given a file, this program counts the times of each dipthong occurred in the file, print the top 12 pair in the form (dipthong, times), you can change the top Nout pair in the header file.

The program was tested with the 3 CountATest files.
