- Preliminary computer simulation study was done to investigate the reconstruction results and to see how above reconstruction algorithms differ from each other.
- A spherical object (1 mm in radius and located in a defined reconstruction plane Z=20 mm away from the detector) was computer simulated as the target.
- Four combinations of imaging parameters (number of projection images N, total view angle VA) were investigated: 1) N=9, VA=25°; 2) N=9, VA=50°; 3) N=25, VA=25°; 4) N=25, VA=50°. Both in-plane response (Z=20mm) and out-of-plane response (Z=23mm) were investigated.
